Updates for Asher Park

It's April 3, 2023. Yesterday, I went out and captured some aerial drone photographs. There wasn't much to capture on the approach from SR 82, but the entrance is indeed open! Reports indicate that permits have been granted for several homes. Sales are anticipated to commence by the end of the month. Traditionally, the initial 8-10 homes sold are among the most affordable in the entire community. I anticipate that Asher Park will follow this trend.
